E.L has also waded into the controversial statement made by shatta wale saying ‘Ghana is village”
E.L says he supports the Dancehall act, for saying that during his recent tour in Europe.
The “My Level” hitmaker took his ‘Reign’ album tour to the united kingdom, as he performed at a sold-out concert in Indigo, 02 in London, where he sparked a bit of controversy when he referred to Ghana as a village.
He went further by ordering the fans to repeat the words, “Ghana is a village” after him to which they did.
E.L, reacting to that on cockcrow Hitz on Hitz FM, said it’s harsh for critics to descend on Shatta Wale for his utterance because “it’s true Ghana is a village however what are you comparing it to? If you’re comparing it to Europe then it’s a village.”
“Ghana is a village in a village if you’re comparing it to Dubai. It’s a broad statement and contextual premix. however if you have traveled then you’ll understand that we have a long way to go,” he explained.
